Terms and Conditions

When you place an order via email, website or via telephone, we will treat that action as an offer to buy and at this time we enter into a contract with you and these terms and conditions apply.


For some clients, they request an invoice to confirm the order. Once they confirm the invoice, at this time, we enter into a contract with you with this terms and conditions.


We take payments via card over the phone or Bank transfer. Payment is required prior to shipping unless you are on approved account. We will hold your order for 7 days. If you need longer please contact us to discuss.


Normally if your order is placed or confirmed before 1pm on a working day, items will leave our warehouse on the same day; otherwise the next working day.


We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all products within the quoted time. If any product is out of stock we will amend the invoice and charge accordingly.
Kindred Boutique has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible.



Damage and incorrect items received

Please inspect your order upon delivery within 7 days upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item or size.


We will ask for further details from you regarding the fault and advise on how to proceed from there.


Please note that all pre-approved returned items must be in the original condition i.e. unworn, not soiled (free from makeup, perfume etc), unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (if applicable).



Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on correctly delivered items or sale items unless you receive the faulty, wrong items or wrong size.



Refunds

All items returned to Kindred Boutique will be evaluated to determine whether the item is eligible for a refund.

For items which have been deemed faulty, or incorrectly packed by Kindred Boutique, returned postage costs will be the responsibility of Kindred Boutique.
